2009 Was Fine but 2010 is the Year of New Beginnings?

Each year around this time, most of us reflect over our lives and plan to do things different in the new year; although our hopes and intentions are sincere, we often fall short of our goals due to old habits and no definite plans.

There is a saying that you can catch sickness but never good health - it must be pursued. Tell us how you plan to be live healthier in 2010, so we can all learn and share with one another.

I wish the best for you this year and may all your dreams come true.

Happy New Year Dr. Brown (My last name is Brown as well LOL).

I intend to live much healthier in 2010. I will be limiting the cookie, ice cream, and soda intake and eating more balanced meals (which I initiated in 2009). I am aiming to lose 30 pounds in the next 12 months and I am focused on obtaining that result with a positive attitude and the correct amount of exercise.

Happy New Year Dr. Brown!

My new year plan for fitness is to keep doing what I've been doing. With more excercise of course, 3 senseable meals a day with 3 healthy snacks, plenty of water! Great positive attitude and positive surroundings! So far so good!
